Communication with the staff was easy enough, I suppose.
The room I got was unbelievably small. It was difficult to maneuver with my luggage, and the bathroom was so cramped you couldn't really turn around. Frankly, I expected better for the price I paid, and I'm not sure I will book again.

The staff was friendly. They offered tea and coffee when I arrived. My room was super clean, and the bed had high-quality sheets. The shower was powerful and refreshing. I APPRECIATED the soundproofing, even though my room faced the street on the first floor.

the staff was really friendly and the location is great near the metro.
The room i got was very small. It felt smaller than expected. the safe didn't work, and the batteries looked corroded. vibrations from the metro were noticeable in the building.
