Communication with the staff was easy enough, I suppose.
The room I got was unbelievably small. It was difficult to maneuver with my luggage, and the bathroom was so cramped you couldn't really turn around. Frankly, I expected better for the price I paid, and I'm not sure I will book again.

friendly staff high-quality sheets powerful shower excellent soundproofing
The staff was friendly. They offered tea and coffee when I arrived. My room was super clean, and the bed had high-quality sheets. The shower was powerful and refreshing. I APPRECIATED the soundproofing, even though my room faced the street on the first floor.
The lift was antiquated, and it felt a bit small.

The staff was helpful in storing luggage after checkout. They also answered questions I had about nearby attractions. EVERYONE spoke several languages which was useful.
